About Repair PDF
Modufile's Repair PDF tool fixes corrupted or damaged PDF files by loading them through the MuPDF engine, which automatically reconstructs broken cross-reference tables, repairs invalid object streams, and resolves structural issues. The repaired PDF is then re-saved with full garbage collection, producing a clean, optimized file. This can recover PDFs that were truncated during download, corrupted during transfer, or damaged by software errors. The entire process runs locally in your browser via WebAssembly — your files are never uploaded to any server.
